Anna Walker design and make modern leather goods in London. Materials are chosen responsibly to ensure minimal environmental impact and longevity of use. They use the finest Italian vegetable-tanned cow hides, a byproduct of the food industry.
The artisanal technique of vegetable tanning contains no toxic irritants and develops a rich patina over time with use and will biodegrade. Where possible, the hardware they use is solid brass, a metal alloy chosen for its beauty, strength and resistance to corrosion. Anna Walker’s small-scale production is split across their studio in Docklands and specialist leather-workers at workshops in East London. Keeping production small minimises waste and keeping it local minimises milage, whilst supporting the rich history of craftsmanship in London.
Anna's designs vary from cross-body bags, to larger totes and small hand-held pouches, all of which blend functionality with simplicity. Bags you’ll wear and love for years to come.
